The basement is made of factory precast insulated concrete wall panels that form a basement which is extremely strong and energy efficient. Created in a controlled factory environment to ensure that the new home’s foundation will be built to the industry’s highest standards, Superior Walls use a DOW® THERMAX™ insulation to keep homes warmer in the Winter, cooler in the Summer.
